Alternatives Public Workshop
The FDOT held a SR 76 PD&E Study Alternatives Public Workshop on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at the Wolf High Technology Center at the Indian River State College, Chastain Campus. The site for the workshop was located near the project limits and is shown below:

Newsletter was distributed to announce the Alternatives Public Workshop to nearby landowners and individuals on the project mailing list. An audio/visual presentation was shown at the workshop along with exhibits, concept plans and a project brochure. These items, which illustrate the various improvements under consideration, are available to the public. This page includes information that was presented at the Workshop.
Alternatives Public Workshop Summary
The FDOT held an Alternatives Public Workshop on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Wolf High Technology Center at the Indian River State College, Chastain Campus in Stuart, Florida. This workshop was well attended by nearby residents, regulatory agencies and local municipalities. At this workshop citizens were able to view an audio/visual presentation that ran continuously throughout the meeting along with exhibits showing initial build alternatives and related information regarding the project. In addition, a website kiosk allowed citizens the ability to access and navigate through the project's website. Representatives from the FDOT were available to answer questions and solicit comments. Citizens were also encouraged to make written comments and drop them into the comment boxes that were available, or enter their comments using the project’s website. Based on the input and comments received a summary of frequently asked questions and answers has been prepared to share with the public.
