Informative newsletters will be sent to those who are on the mailing list. The purpose of these newsletters is to obtain input into the PD&E process and / or to provide project information and introduce opportunities for public comment. The mailing list includes: Property owners within 300 feet of the project, civic groups in the study area, elected officials, and government and regulatory agencies. These groups will be notified 21 days in advance of public meetings. To be placed on the mailing list, contact the Project Manager Beatriz C. Maddison, or click on send us your comments to fill out your information.
All of the project newsletters will be posted here for your information once they are available. They will be in a PDF format, so you will need a separate application to view them. One such application is Adobe Reader, available for Windows and Mac, from Adobe.
